ART on the SQUARE
Redwood City is fast becoming the peninsula's epicenter for the arts with new galleries and great places to hear live music! Art on the Square is right in the middle of this great summertime mix. Courthouse Square will be transformed as artists and artisans exhibit their work in the heart of our beautifully renovated downtown. Presented by Redwood City and its Civic Cultural Commission and Redevelopment Agency, the four juried outdoor shows will complement Music on the Square, the city's Friday evening summer concert series. Experience a wonderful selection of art from 5:008:30pm, with great live music from 68 PM.
Art on the Square will partner with PAL for the July 19th Blues and Art Festival, and with Redwood City for the 1st Annual Salsa Festival on September 21. These events will be from 11-7PM. Visit www.redwoodcityevents.com for more info on these events.
In addition, at each Art on the Square event, you can enter a drawing to win gift certificates good to spend in artists' booths at the show!
